Valdispert Sleep is a traditional herbal medicine. Each sheathed tablet contains 125 mg dry extract of valerian root (equivalent to 375-750 mg valerian root) and 250 mg dry extract of passionflower herb (equivalent to 1,250-1,750 mg passionflower herb).
